Sauces

• Tupelo honey heat is great.

• Texas twang is peppery goodness.

• Smoky Mountain is a classic BBQ sauce.

• Don’t forget the Baja Bold sauce.

Meat

• Get the pulled pork.

• NC style sandwiches have cold slaw on them (the best way to use the cold slaw).

Sides

• Cold Slaw is meh.

• Cheesy potatoes are awesome.

• Cornbread is necessary (although it may be a little dry).

Desserts

• Always get a brownie.
